Unconfirmed report is being spread that the National Pension Fund Management Headquarter has agreed to the merging of Samsung C&T Corporation and Cheil Fabric. But in the National Pension side is not taking any actions to make any confirmation for the past four days. Samsung has stated that they will reveal their stance in the general meeting which is on the 17th. 국민연금, 삼성합병 찬성? 미확인 보도에 혼란 가중

국민연금 기금운용본부가 지난 10일 삼성물산-제일모직 합병안에 대해 찬성하기로 했다는 미확인 보도가 쏟아지고 있다.

막상 국민연금측은 사흘째 가타부타 확인을 하지 않고 있다. 17일 삼성 주총 장에서 찬반 여부 등을 공개하겠다는 입장만 되뇌고 있다는 전언이다.

13일 한 증권사 관계자는 "국민연금이 불 질러 놓고 구경하는 황당한 모양새를 취하면서, 일각에서는 우리 정부가 삼성 지배구조 하나 때문에 불필요하게 외국계 투자자들을 자극하는 결과만 낳은 건 아닌 지 우려가 깊어지고 있다"며 시장 분위기를 전했다.
