National Pension voting right function specialty committee had an urgent meeting on the 14th at The K Hotel regarding the merging of Samsung C&T and Cheil Fabric. Six hours of presentation without any point which made it seem like media manipulation, is causing more confusion. The main interest of the people which is the merging of Samsung was not even mentioned. 국민연금기금 자문위 긴급 회의 '속 빈 강정'

삼성물산과 제일모직 합병 문제와 관련, 국민연금기금 의결권행사전문위원회(의결권위)가 지난 14일 서울 양재동 더케이호텔에서 긴급회의를 열었다. 6시간 동안 격론을 벌였지만 또다시 '언론플레이' 성격의 알맹이 없는 발표문만 내놓아 혼란만 가중시키고 있다.

정작 국민들 관심거리인 삼성 합병에 대한 찬반 여부는 논의조차하지 않았다.

일각에서는 "기금운용본부에 이어 민간기구인 의결권위마저 '삼성'이라는 거물 앞에서 지레 겁을 먹고 할말은 제대로 못한 채 제 밥그릇 챙기기에 급급하다"는 비아냥도 나온다.
