Dong Pang Ze Shing-ho Enterprise First in Line to Prioritize Sewol-ho Salvaging

The government has selected Shanghai Salvage of China as priority negotiation enterprise for Sewol-ho on the 15th. This enterprise has taken part in salvaging Doong Pang Ze Shing cruise which has sank last month.

The bidding evaluation standard was set according to the grade total of 100%, 90% technology and 10% cost. In this international bidding, two domestic consortiums, six foreign enterprises and five consortiums was selected. 둥팡즈싱호 인양업체가 세월호 인양협상 1순위

정부가 15일 중국 국영기업인 상하이샐비지 컨소시엄을 세월호 인양 우선협상대상 업체로 선정했다. 이 업체는 지난달 중국 창장에서 침몰한 유람선 둥팡즈싱호 인양작업에 참여한 바 있다.

이번 입찰 평가기준은 100점 만점에 기술점수 90점과 가격점수 10점을 배정했다. 이번 국제입찰에는 국내 컨소시엄 2개와 외국업체 6곳이 5개의 컨소시엄을 구성해 입찰했다. 미국 2곳, 네덜란드 1곳, 덴마크 1곳, 중국 2곳 모두 세계적 인양업체들이지만 중국 업체들이 1, 2위를 차지하며 기염을 토했다.
