Regressive customs of Hyundai motors… Hyundai Lotem executives fight over rights of company newspaper publication

It is suspected that the resigned executives from subsidiary companies of Hyndai Motors and the current executives of Hyundai Lotem are giving publishing jobs away to certain companies or ones under their wives' names. In this process, the current executive manager of Hyundai Lotem and the executives of Hyundai Motors are fighting over more profits and the relative companies are sharing the profits from company newsletters and labor union newsletters publication which brought up the regressive customs of Korean Companies again.

According to some personnel from Hyundai Motors, Wonder Enterprise that is in charge of production of company newsletters is a company, managed by the wife of Yoo Hong Jong, the previous CEO of Hyundai BNG Steel.

Mr. No, a team leader of management support team, is showing off his acquaintance with Yoon Yeo Chul, Vice president of Hyundai Motors and Han Kyu Hwan, the previous executive from Hyunai Lotem and he directed the staffs in charge of the publishing work to transfer the partnership to the company called 'Work Design' from the previous partner.

현대차그룹 퇴행문화…현대로템 임원과 계열사 고문이 사보제작권 놓고 밥그릇싸움

현대자동차그룹 계열사 출신 퇴직임원과 현대로템 현직 임원이 각각 자신의 부인명의의 회사 등 특정 업체에 계열사들의 사보 제작을 맡기면서 일감몰아주기를 한다는 의혹이 제기됐다. 이 과정에서 현대로템 현직 전무와 현대차 계열 출신 임원간 밥그릇 싸움이 벌어져 사보와 노조소식지를 관계사들이 나눠 맡는 등 현대차그룹의 퇴행적인 기업문화가 도마위에 오르고 있다.

31일 현대차그룹 내부관계자와 관련업계에 따르면 사보를 제작하는 원더엔터프라이즈는 유홍종 전 현대비엔지스틸 회장의 부인이 운영하는 업체다.

노 모 현대로템 경영지원본부장은 윤여철 현대차 부회장, 한규환 전 현대로템 대표이사등과의 친분을 내세우며, 기존 사보 제작을 워크디자인이란 업체로 바꾸기 위해 업무 담당자들에게 업체 변경을 지시했다.
